How to use it
โรงหนังroong-nǎng is a "film hall"; ads and signs use the formal โรงภาพยนตร์roong-pâap-pá-yon. Most cinemas are on the top floor of a mall. The royal anthem plays before every film and the audience stands for it: stand with them.
Foreign films are shown with Thai subtitles, ซับไทยsáp tai, or dubbed into Thai, พากย์ไทยpâak tai, so check the ticket before you buy.
