The service

Learn Thai For Free is a free service for learning Thai. We work hard to keep the course accurate and the app available, but we provide it "as is", without guarantees that it will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Your account

You can learn without an account; signing in keeps your progress across devices. Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Fair use of the AI features

The speech trainer and AI conversation partner are free within daily limits, so they stay free for everyone. Don't misuse them: no attempts to get around the limits, no automated or bulk use, and no content that is illegal, hateful or harassing. AI feedback and replies can be wrong; use them as practice, not as authoritative advice.

Content

The course content, audio and design are ours or used with permission. You may use them for your own learning, and share links freely, but please don't copy or republish the course in bulk. Song videos are embedded from their official YouTube channels; the songs belong to their rights holders, and we only quote short lines for teaching.

What you create (recordings, messages) stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the features you use, as described in the privacy policy.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and mention important changes in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
