How to use it
หมอกmàwk is fog or mist, with a low tone. On cool-season mornings in the North, mist fills the valleys below the mountain viewpoints, and Thais drive up before dawn to see the ทะเลหมอกtá-lee màwk, "sea of mist", from places like Phu Chi Fa and Doi Inthanon. The smoky haze of the burning season is หมอกควันmàwk kwan, "smoke mist".
