How to use it
A paper notebook is a สมุดsà-mùt, while a laptop is a โน้ตบุ๊กnóot-búk, from English notebook. Books and notebooks are counted with เล่มlêm, and the bank passbook that many Thais still use is a สมุดบัญชีsà-mùt ban-chii, an "account book".
