Stretching before sport is ยืดกล้ามเนื้อyûuet glâam-núea, "stretching the muscles". A T-shirt is a เสื้อยืดsûea-yûuet, a "stretchy top", and a rubber band or elastic ยางยืดyaang-yûuet.
