How to use it
ปรับตัวbpràp-dtua, "adjust the body", is adapting to something new: the heat, the food, a new job, life in another country. Thai friends will ask ปรับตัวได้ไหมbpràp-dtua dâi mǎi, have you settled in? ปรับbpràp alone is adjusting a setting, as in ปรับแอร์bpràp ae, to change the air-con temperature, and the happy end of adapting is ชินchin, being used to it.
