How to use it
ปูbpuu is said flat and mid, with an unaspirated bp. A favourite seafood dish is crab stir-fried with curry powder, ปูผัดผงกะหรี่bpuu pàt pǒng-gà-rìi, and papaya salad with salted rice-field crabs, ส้มตำปูsôm-dtam bpuu, is an Isan classic with a pungent taste.
Keep the tone flat: with a low tone, ปู่bpùu is your grandfather on your father's side.
