How to use it

A Thai Buddhist งานศพngaan-sòp usually runs over several evenings: monks chant at the temple and family and friends come to pay their respects, with the cremation afterwards, sometimes much later. Guests wear black, or black and white, and give the family money in an envelope, ใส่ซองsài sawng, to help with the costs. To the family, say เสียใจด้วยsǐa-jai dûay, I'm so sorry.
