A บังกะโลbang-gà-loo is a small detached hut, the classic place to stay on the islands. The cheaper ones have a fan, ห้องพัดลมhâwng pát-lom, rather than air-con, ห้องแอร์hâwng ae, and the price depends on that and on how close you are to the sea.
