How to use it

In a Thai condo the นิติบุคคลní-dtì-bùk-kon, "juristic person", is the legal body that runs the building for the owners. Its office handles parcels, key cards, the pool and gym, repairs in common areas and the monthly common fee, ค่าส่วนกลางkâa sùan-glaang. Everyone just says นิติní-dtì, and expats call it the juristic office. Problems inside your own room usually go to your landlord first.
