Clothes sizes are said the English way: S, M, L, XL. Market clothes are often "free size", ฟรีไซส์frii sái, one size meant to fit everyone, and Thai sizes run small, so try things on. For shoes Thais ask for a number, เบอร์boe, usually the European size: ใส่เบอร์อะไรsài boe à-rai, what size do you take?
