How to use it
Thais "play" yoga: เล่นโยคะlên yoo-ká, the same verb as for games and sports. The word ends with a short, high ká, not the kâ of a woman's polite particle. Meditation is a different word, นั่งสมาธิnâng sà-maa-tí, "to sit in concentration", and many temples teach it for free.
