How to use it

ความรู้สึกkwaam-rúu-sùek is the noun of รู้สึกrúu-sùek, to feel. Being hurt or let down by someone is เสียความรู้สึกsǐa kwaam-rúu-sùek, "to lose feeling", and hurting someone's feelings is ทำร้ายจิตใจtam-ráai jìt-jai, "harming the mind". A passing mood is อารมณ์aa-rom. Many Thais keep strong feelings to themselves to keep things smooth, so faces and tone often say more than words: see kreng jai.
