How to use it

A coconut milk curry made with a paste of fresh green chillies, usually with chicken, beef or fish balls, small round Thai eggplants and Thai basil. The Thai name means "sweet green curry", and the sweet describes the soft green colour more than the taste: it can be fiery.

Eat it with rice, or spooned over soft rice noodles, ขนมจีนkà-nǒm-jiin.
