Key lines, explained

Tap a line to hear it. Once the video is playing, lines jump to their moment in the song.

  1. ของ kǎwngที่ tîiเธอ toeทิ้ง tíngไว้ wáiเพราะ práwเธอ toeนั้น nánรีบ rîipไป bpai

The things you left behind, because you left in such a hurry.

ของkǎwng = things, stuff (and 'of'): ของที่เธอทิ้งไว้kǎwng tîi toe tíng wái = the things you left. ทิ้งtíng = to throw away, to leave behind, and ไว้wái after it says they stay where they were left: ทิ้งไว้tíng wái = to leave something behind. รีบrîip = to hurry: รีบไปrîip bpai = to rush off, ไม่ต้องรีบmâi dtâwng rîip = there's no hurry. เธอนั้นtoe nán, 'you, that one', is a sung way to stress 'you'.
  2. เดิน doenกัน ganมา maaตั้งไกล dtâng glaiแต่ dtàeทำ tamได้ dâiแค่ kâeเดินมาส่ง doen maa sòng

We've walked so far together, but all I can do is walk you home.

เดินกันมาdoen gan maa = to have walked together, up to now (กันgan = together, มาmaa = up to here). ตั้งไกลdtâng glai = so far, all that way: ตั้งdtâng before an amount means 'a whole …, as much as', said with surprise: รอตั้งชั่วโมงraw dtâng chûa-moong = I waited a whole hour. ทำได้แค่tam dâi kâe + verb = all I can do is. เดินมาส่งdoen maa sòng = to walk someone home and see them off; the title ได้แค่เดินมาส่งdâi kâe doen maa sòng = I only get to walk you home.
  3. กลับ glàpไป bpaiร้องไห้ ráwng-hâaiใต้ dtâiผ้าห่ม pâa-hòm

I go back home and cry under the blanket.

กลับไปglàp bpai = to go back (home). ร้องไห้ráwng-hâai = to cry. ใต้dtâi = under: ใต้โต๊ะdtâi dtó = under the table. ผ้าห่มpâa-hòm = a blanket, a duvet (ผ้าpâa = cloth, ห่มhòm = to wrap yourself up in). The line goes on to ask her why she would do this.
  4. พูด pûutตรงๆ dtrong-dtrongอยาก yàakมี miiเธอ toeใน naiชีวิต chii-wítright ráinow naao

To be honest, I want you in my life right now.

BLVCKHEART's rap verse. พูดตรงๆpûut dtrong-dtrong = to put it frankly, honestly (ตรงdtrong = straight; doubled, it means straight out): Thais start a frank sentence with it. อยากมีyàak mii = to want to have: อยากมีเธอในชีวิตyàak mii toe nai chii-wít = to want you in my life. Young Thais mix English words like 'right now' into their Thai all the time, said with Thai sounds.
  5. ต่อให้ dtàw-hâiรัก rákแค่ไหน kâe-nǎiก็ gâwได้ dâiแค่ kâeส่ง sòng

However much I love you, all I can do is see you off.

ต่อให้dtàw-hâi = even if, no matter: ต่อให้รักแค่ไหนdtàw-hâi rák kâe-nǎi = however much I love you. Sung fast, it loses most of its ให้hâi: listen for dtàw rák. แค่ไหนkâe-nǎi = how much, to what extent, and after ต่อให้dtàw-hâi, however much. ก็gâw brings in the result that doesn't change. ได้แค่dâi kâe + verb = to get to do no more than; ส่งsòng = to send, to see someone off.

  • แค่ไหน kâe-nǎi

    how much, to what extent

Grammar in this song

However much: ต่อให้dtàw-hâi … แค่ไหนkâe-nǎi … ก็gâw. ต่อให้dtàw-hâi opens a condition that won't change the result, แค่ไหนkâe-nǎi (how much) makes it 'however much', and ก็gâw brings the result: ต่อให้รักแค่ไหนก็ได้แค่ส่งdtàw-hâi rák kâe-nǎi gâw dâi kâe sòng (however much I love you, I can only see you off), ต่อให้แพงแค่ไหนก็จะซื้อdtàw-hâi paeng kâe-nǎi gâw jà súue (I'll buy it however expensive it is).

All I can do is: ทำได้แค่tam dâi kâe + verb, or just ได้แค่dâi kâe + verb. ทำได้แค่เดินมาส่งtam dâi kâe doen maa sòng (all I can do is walk you home), ได้แค่มองdâi kâe mawng (I can only look).

Verb + ไว้wái: done and left that way: ทิ้งไว้tíng wái (left behind), จองไว้jawng wái (booked in advance), เก็บไว้gèp wái (kept).

The culture behind it

GAVIN:D (Gavin Duval) released ROOM101, his second album, in March 2026, twelve songs about the loops of love, and "ได้แค่เดินมาส่งdâi kâe doen maa sòng" (The Last Walk) was the first song from it to get a video. It was written by Toon of Three Man Down, who also produced it, the rapper Maiyarap and BLVCKHEART, who raps its middle verse and joins GAVIN:D again on the song's IN MY ROOM SESSION version. On 15 October 2026, after half a year on Spotify's daily chart for Thailand, it was at number two (kworb). GAVIN:D's Jealous, from the same album, and BLVCKHEART's own Have a Good Time are here too.

Walking someone home, เดินไปส่งdoen bpai sòng, is how a Thai couple shows care, so the song turns a sweet everyday habit into its saddest moment: this time the walk is the goodbye. Thai pop has another song about that walk, First Anuwat's Bye (2023), called simply เดินมาส่งdoen maa sòng; here ได้แค่dâi kâe in front makes it 'all I get is to walk you home'.
